Our two founders have spent a lifetime in several large and in many small businesses figuring out how to best connect serious buyers to good products. Rapidly improving Internet technology has made this process even more fun, especially for young businesses just starting to determine the best ways to tap their unique markets. We enjoy the variety, involvement, and impact that come with working closely with small businesses and in being key contributors to their success. Mike brings to Leads-Magic.com diverse yet very deep experience in technology, marketing, and the Internet.
He is a graduate of M.I.T. (electrical engineering) and Stanford Business School (marketing & finance). Besides working for NASA and as Product Manager developing several of Hewlett Packard’s most successful products, Mike has been in charge of creating and implementing successful marketing strategies for dozens of small businesses.
Over the years Mike has become an expert in using Internet technology to market small businesses. This uses his broad expertise in several quick changing technical disciplines as well his decades of practical experience in the trenches marketing to real customers.

Steve brings to Leads-Magic.com a long successful business career in marketing, sales, and applying modern technology to those areas. He is uniquely qualified as a small business advisor in the areas of marketing, sales, and business operations.
Steve has been a key contributor to several small businesses ranging from starting Texa-Tel Communications (a provider of telecommunication equipment) to serving as President of Custom Branded Networks (a public traded developer of private labeled ISP services). His weekend hobby is running a successful and, by the way, very well marketed windsurfing business. Steve has also held senior marketing positions for major corporations including Visa USA and National Warranty Corporation.
In 2013 Steve published a book titled A Fish Story, A simple guide to successful marketing for small business owners, entrepreneurs and beginning marketers with minimal experience. You can purchase it from Amazon and most other book sellers.
